PIN Plus is a product that serves the waste and misc. services for both everyday people and businesses alike. I facilitated a 1-day workshop with the company's leadership and designed flows during a 2-week sprint for their events platform.

Outcomes
1 year after the initial sprint was completed, the PIN Plus product had shifted from a loss of $250k/year to becoming profitable. Since then, the product has continued to gain traction and expanded its services.
